Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping methods & delivery times
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express shipping: 3-7 business days (available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays or local conditions. Remote destinations may take longer.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
